There’s no fixed timeline — everyone’s journey is different. Some clients find relief in around 12 sessions, while others engage in deeper growth over many months or even years.

Just as you wouldn’t expect to build muscle by lifting weights once a month, consistent care is essential for meaningful psychological healing and growth.
However, each therapist has their own approach and works with their clients individually to determine the most effective and realistic treatment frequency.
