You may feel disconnected from your body, uncertain about pleasure, or weighed down by shame around sex, intimacy, identity, or relationships. Trauma, cultural expectations, religious messages, and past experiences can all shape how safe it feels to connect with yourself or others. I support Black and queer individuals and couples in exploring these patterns, building greater self-understanding, and creating healthier relationships with their bodies, sexuality, and connections.
I provide Black-centered, queer-affirming therapy for adults and couples. My work centers pleasure and body connection, intimacy, trauma, relationship conflict, and identity. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and inclusive of consensual non-monogamy.
You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You deserve a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and explore your body, identity, sexuality, and relationships without judgment. When you are ready, I would be honored to support you in creating more connection, ease, and trust in yourself.
